4. Booking and Payment

All bookings made through KabukiGuide are subject to confirmation. After confirmation, we will provide you with details of your booking and any related instructions.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure certain services.
Payments for services can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking.
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service terms or under specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made by the client are subject to penalties, depending on the nature of the booking and time of cancellation.
KabukiGuide will outline cancellation terms at the time of booking for each service.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms of the service providers, and in most cases, refunds will be processed after deducting any cancellation fees.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of travel or services after the trip has commenced.
6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services with us.
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are in order before travel.
You are responsible for your own health and safety while traveling, and you agree to comply with all laws, regulations, and customs procedures in Japan and other countries during your travel.
You must notify KabukiGuide of any special requirements, such as dietary restrictions or physical conditions, when booking services.
7. Liability

KabukiGuide acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. While we take care to select reputable service providers, we do not assume responsibility for any acts or omissions by these providers.
KabukiGuide is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of property, or other damages occurring during your travel, except as required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold KabukiGuide harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our Services.
8. Travel Insurance
We recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks during travel, including but not limited to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and flight delays.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
KabukiGuide respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. Personal information provided during booking will be used only for the purpose of processing your travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties unless required for travel services. 10. Force Majeure
KabukiGuide will not be held responsible for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, terrorism, or any unforeseen circumstances.

KabukiGuide reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.
