Bookings made through KabukiGuide:

Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control:
In the event of a natural disaster, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other major disruptions that prevent travel, KabukiGuide will make reasonable efforts to help secure a refund or credit, depending on the policies of the relevant service providers.
Unused Services:
No refunds will be issued for services that were not used, including but not limited to unused hotel nights, tours, or activities.

To request a refund, you must:
Contact KabukiGuide within 30 days of the date of the event (such as a cancellation or travel disruption).
Provide your booking reference number and any necessary documentation supporting your refund request (e.g., receipts, proof of cancellation, etc.).

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it based on the terms of the booking and the policies of third-party service providers. Refund requests may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the complexity of the case and the service providers involved.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Some services are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:
Non-refundable tickets or bookings (such as certain airline tickets, accommodation bookings, or tours) as specified by the service provider.
Any service charges or fees that are explicitly stated as non-refundable in the booking agreement or contract.
Any portion of your booking that has already been used or consumed.
4. Refunds for Deposits
In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The terms for refunding a deposit depend on the specific service and its associated terms. In general:
Fully refundable deposits will be refunded upon cancellation, minus any applicable fees or charges.
Non-refundable deposits are retained by KabukiGuide to cover administrative and service costs.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds to credit cards may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
